We source tired single-wides and double-wides from overgrown lots, estate sales, and park owners who need a unit moved. We look for sound bones, not pretty faces.
Strip It Honest
Subfloor, drywall, plumbing, electric — we work from the inside out. No cosmetic flips. If it's wrong, we fix it. If it's right, we leave it and build around it.
Build It Back Right
New subfloors. Fresh drywall. Subway tile bathrooms. Porches that face the sunset. Every material chosen for durability first, beauty second — because a home should hold up.
